Saturday, October 5, saw the launch of Aspen Medical Practice becoming an official Parkrun Practice partnered with Gloucester City Parkrun.
There was a fantastic community atmosphere created by an amazing team of volunteers and runners and the Aspen team enjoyed their introduction to Parkrun. Some of us have been doing Parkrun for some time, others are newcomers, but we have all agreed we will be returning!
The post-run breakfast at Cafe Guru was enjoyed as we compared times and rankings with the post Parkrun email with our times.
We hope to grow the Aspen team of runners made up of staff and patients. Come and join us by the band stand in Gloucester Park at 9am on Saturday mornings.
