We are streamlining the way we recall our patients for Chronic Disease Reviews. During the Corona Virus Pandemic these may take place by phone. Where you need to attend the surgery we will ensure strict social distancing and our staff are wearing PPE. Patients are encouraged to wear a fabric face mask and should not attend if they are unwell with a cough, cold, fever or flu like symptoms or are self isolating as a household due to illness.
Patients that are shielding will where possible be seen in a specialist clinic at the Aspen Centre. Saintbridge Surgery is currently being used as a Hot COvid-19 Hub and Tuffley Surgery has been repurposed temporarily.
Patients will be recalled in their month of birth. This may mean you have not had a full twelve months between reviews and may be called slightly earlier, but by your next birthday we will be fully in sync.
